When we purchase a conversion opportunity we are looking for two things. Firstly, we want something that has huge potential to be repurposed and achieve a significantly higher value. Secondly, it needs to be able to generate a fantastic rental return if residential units are added. 

These projects are part of our vision for the repopulation of the High street and bringing people back to beautiful parts of cities. We have been especially excited about Stockport and the regeneration of the Underbanks. We have a project here called ‘The Vault’ and see this location offering not only long term growth, but also good immediate returns.
